Job summary

Nash is seeking a Customer Success / Solutions Consultant for the ANZ region, based in Sydney, with hybrid work. You will own a small portfolio of large enterprise accounts, guiding technical discovery, design, and successful go-lives from sales through renewal.

The role blends post-sale value enablement with strategic product feedback, traveling across Australia and New Zealand as needed. With 5+ years in SaaS, logistics, or similar roles, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage adoption

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or related roles in SaaS or logistics.
• Experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts with commercial outcomes.
• Able to run discovery with engineering teams and define integration approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical discovery and design in enterprise sales cycles.
• Lead launches from signature to steady state and ensure delivery.
• Manage durable relationships across accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify recurring gaps and translate insights into product requests.
