Job summary

DB Results in Sydney seeks an accomplished Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across our consulting, professional services and solutions portfolio. You will own and exceed sales targets, open doors with senior customers, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships while collaborating with senior consultants.

You’ll leverage an established enterprise network and a consultative sales style to shape outcome-based services, with travel for key meetings and industry

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Sales or Business Development, with a strong track record of meeting targets.
• Establishing networks with senior decision-makers across financial services and enterprise organisations.
• Experience selling enterprise solutions, consulting and professional services.
• Experience engaging C-suite executives and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong discipline in pipeline management and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed sales and gross-margin targets across your territory.
• Identify, pursue and close large, complex opportunities that align with customer needs and DB Results’ goals.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline by leveraging your networks across financial services and the broader enterprise market.
• Develop trusted relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers to create long-term partnerships.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and manage customer expectations throughout the sales cycle.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and delivery teams to shape tailored solutions and engagements.
• Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activity.
