Managed Growth Partners in Sydney is seeking a Client/Account Director who already has strong relationships across Banking, Transformation and Technology to build a major enterprise revenue portfolio.

You’ll win new MSAs, grow recurring revenue, and work with senior banking and transformation leaders. The role offers a high-commission structure and a real opportunity to own and scale a growing client base.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise sales track record across banking, transformation or technology sectors.
• Established Sydney network with senior decision-makers.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to win MSAs and build recurring revenue.

Responsibilities

• Win new enterprise clients and MSAs.
• Build and leverage relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Identify and convert T&M staffing opportunities.
• Grow the accounts into significant recurring revenue.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to execute projects and identify further opportunities.
