Job summary

DB Results, a B Corporation Certified company, seeks a highly experienced Sales Executive to drive growth across consulting and professional services in Sydney. You’ll secure customer meetings, close large enterprise deals, and build a strong pipeline with support from senior consultants.

This is a strategic, high-impact role for a self-starter with a robust enterprise network and a consultative selling approach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales / Business Development with a proven record achieving $5M+ annual targets.
• Strong network of decision makers in FSI and enterprise sectors.
• Proven success in selling enterprise solutions, consulting and professional services.
• Experience engaging with C-suite executives and navigating complex sales cycles whilst selling value propositions.
• Solid ability to manage sales process, use of CRM, follow ups and proposal documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed sales and gross margin targets across your territory.
• Identify, pursue and close large deals that meet customer needs and our goals.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities with strong enterprise connections.
• Build and manage executive level relationships, establishing trust and long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate complex deals and manage customer expectations.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to shape outcome-based projects.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
• Contribute to the sales team’s strategy and growth as a senior leader.
