Job summary

Janison, an Australian edtech leader, is seeking an Implementation Manager in Sydney. You will own end-to-end delivery of complex implementations across APAC and the UK/EU, from sales handover to go-live and Support transition.

The role blends hands-on design, configuration, and consultative client engagement with scalable delivery playbooks and AI-enabled documentation. You will lead one Implementation Specialist, evolve standard processes, and contribute to bids and tenders while ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex SaaS/enterprise implementations for large customers.
• Ability to manage multi-region projects across APAC, UK and EU.
• Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, national-scale implementations across APAC and UK/EU.
• Enforce change control and assess out-of-scope requests with mitigation plans.
• Lead client steering committees and de-escalate issues with diplomacy.
• Coach a growing implementation team and improve delivery playbooks.
• Shape tenders and bids with feasibility assessments and effort estimates.
• Stay hands-on with configuration, testing and data feeds.
