Qualifications

• University degree in a quantitative field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, technology or another fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross‑functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action: Resourceful, adaptable and relentlessly hands‑on, with the ability to operate independently.
• Experience representing your company externally with partners, clients, or stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape new growth opportunities: Identify, evaluate and prioritise opportunities to accelerate consumer growth, leveraging data, customer insights and business case modelling to inform investment decisions.
• Own initiatives end-to-end: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, from value proposition and customer segmentation through experimentation, campaign execution, launch and post-launch optimisation.
• Mobilise cross-functional teams: Rally stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Policy and Operations around new opportunities, driving alignment and execution through influence rather than authority.
• Turn strategy into action: Move seamlessly between building executive presentations and hands‑on execution, whether writing SQL queries, configuring campaigns, launching CRM communications or troubleshooting operational blockers.
• Influence product and investment priorities: Partner with global teams to advocate for ANZ market needs, shape product roadmaps and unlock resources for growth.
• Drive commercial excellence: Define success metrics, evaluate investment trade-offs and optimise initiatives to deliver measurable, sustainable business impact.
