Job summary

Australia Post is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect – Products & Retail Services to own the business and technology architecture for product and service management, pricing, retail operations and community-service capabilities. You’ll connect product strategy with customer channels, agreements, ordering, billing and fulfilment to establish a clear target state.

This role spans the full lifecycle across multichannel retail outlets, digital channels, partners and licensees, with emphasis

Qualifications

• Senior enterprise architect with experience shaping product management, pricing, retail, service design or commercial strategy.
• Ability to translate complex trade-offs into clear executive guidance.
• Experience with product-information-management, pricing, billing and commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce or Adobe Commerce ecosystems.
• Experience with corporate stores, agencies and third-party service models.
• Knowledge of merchandise, inventory, payments and multichannel retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Products, Retail & Services architecture including its value streams and target-state direction.
• Shape multi-year roadmaps across product, service management, pricing and retail operations.
• Align investments to organisational strategy and architecture principles.
• Lead a virtual architecture community and provide direction to principal domain and solution architects.
• Provide independent enterprise-wide advice to senior executives and governance forums.
• Champion responsible use of AI and emerging technology to improve product insight and speed to market.
