Australia Post is seeking an Enterprise Architect – Customer & Growth to own the business and technology architecture for one of its core enterprise domains, aligning customer journeys, data, channels and platforms to a clear target state and multi-year roadmap.

You will influence customer acquisition, onboarding, purchasing, tracking and support across digital, physical, partner and assisted-service channels, shaping the commerce experience.

Qualifications

• Senior enterprise architect with experience shaping customer, digital and commerce strategy.
• Ability to translate architecture decisions into executive guidance for senior leaders.
• Experience spanning CRM, customer data, identity, consent, personalisation, omnichannel.

Responsabilités

• Own the Customer & Growth business and technology architecture, including customer value streams and target-state direction.
• Shape multi-year roadmaps across customer journeys, digital and physical channels, CRM, data and marketing.
• Frame strategic options and trade-offs before major investments, linking customer outcomes to platforms and data.
• Guide CRM, customer service, identity, consent, segmentation, omnichannel capabilities.
• Lead the customer-facing experience of commerce with adjacent domains responsible for product, pricing and fulfilment.
