Job summary

Australia Post is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect – Corporate & Enabling Services to own the architecture across enterprise-wide support capabilities. You will align business and technology strategy, shape capability models, and guide investments that improve efficiency, transparency, and service delivery.

You will lead architecture governance across People, Finance, Procurement, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Property and Enterprise Services, working in a hybrid model with some days at

Qualifications

• Senior enterprise architect with broad experience in corporate or enabling-services in large organisations.
• Experience shaping enterprise-wide architecture across multiple domains such as People, Finance, Procurement, Risk & Compliance, Legal or Property.

Responsibilities

• Own the Corporate & Enabling Services architecture, including capability model, value streams and target operating model.
• Shape multi-year roadmaps across functional domains and connect investments to capabilities and platforms.
• Frame strategic options and trade-offs for major investments and drive standardisation across services.
• Lead a virtual architecture community and provide direction to Principal Domain Architects and strategic partners.
• Provide independent enterprise-wide advisory to senior executives and governance forums.
