Australia Post is seeking an Enterprise Architect – Operations & Fulfilment to own the business and technology architecture for a complex, time-critical enterprise domain. You’ll connect fulfilment value streams, operational processes, data, technology and assets to deliver a clear multi-year roadmap aligned to our architecture principles.

Your scope spans lodgement to returns, connecting physical operations with scanning, mobility, telemetry, event management and advanced analytics, while

Qualifications

• Senior enterprise architect with logistics or fulfilment domain experience.
• Strong capability modelling and operating-model design.
• Ability to translate trade-offs into executive guidance.

Responsabilités

• Own the Operations & Fulfilment architecture and roadmaps across key domains.
• Shape multi-year roadmaps spanning lodgement, collection, transport, delivery, tracking and returns.
• Frame strategic options and trade-offs before major investment decisions.
• Develop transition architectures while protecting live service continuity.
• Lead a virtual architecture community and provide direction to senior architects and delivery partners.
• Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics to improve planning, throughput and operational decision-making.
