Job summary

Canva is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Embedded team within Production Engineering. You will guide a senior-engineer heavy group across critical production challenges, focusing on reliability, observability, and safe software changes.

The role demands influencing across teams, shaping engagements, and mentoring engineers to grow their technical and organizational impact. The team works closely with Core and other groups to unlock scalable, reusable capabilities for Canva’s platform

• Lead Embedded, one of Canva's Production Engineering teams, guiding a senior-heavy group across delivery.

• Define problem scope, decide team priorities, and translate learnings into reusable practices across Canva.
