Canva is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Embedded team within Production Engineering. You will guide a technically strong group of engineers, focusing on reliability, safety, and scalable improvements across Canva’s major platforms.

You’ll influence without formal authority, mentor senior engineers, shape engagement models, and drive measurable outcomes that improve system resilience and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience guiding senior software engineers and tech leads.
• Experience in reliability, scalability and production risk.
• Ability to earn trust and influence without direct authority.
