Canva is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Embedded team within Production Engineering, overseeing a senior-heavy group across critical production challenges. You will influence technical decisions, coach engineers, and shape the way engagements are run to deliver measurable impact.

You’ll foster psychological safety, grow leaders, and build scalable practices that benefit Canva’s reliability and platform resilience across multiple teams and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading senior engineers and technical leads.
• Production environments where reliability and scalability mattered.
• Earned authority in environments valuing influence over reporting lines.
