Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. in Sydney seeks a Senior Product Engineer to act as the primary electrical design engineering presence on the production floor, bridging design intent and manufacturing execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in defence/tech environments driving electrical projects and product integration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary electrical design engineering point of contact on the production floor for assigned programs and product lines.
• Represent the design authority at MRB for electrical systems, coordinating with Quality and Manufacturing to minimise hold time while protecting safety and integrity.
• Resolve production blockers, design ambiguities, and schematic/drawing interpretation issues in real time with informed engineering judgement.
• Provide rapid-response engineering support and RCA for electrical nonconformances and disposition decisions (use‑as‑is, rework, scrap).
• Identify and elevate systemic electrical design issues to core Design Engineering teams with data-driven actions.
• Perform detailed electrical calculations, simulations, and analysis to support MRB dispositions and design decisions.
