Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Product Engineer to lead electrical design on the production floor, bridging design intent and manufacturing. You will resolve MRB actions for electrical systems and contribute to upstream architecture and design reviews, ensuring rapid, data-backed disposition decisions.

You will drive systemic improvements, perform detailed electrical analyses, and collaborate with mechanical, software, and systems teams to integrate electrical systems into vehicles.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior role within defence, tech or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard electrical design and simulation software.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary electrical design engineering point of contact on the production floor for assigned programs and product lines.
• Represent the design authority at MRB for electrical systems, coordinating with Quality and Manufacturing to minimize production hold time.
• Resolve production blockers and design ambiguities in real time, exercising engineering judgement within defined authority.
• Provide rapid-response engineering support and RCA for electrical nonconformance resolution and disposition decisions.
• Contribute to design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and cross-site design collaboration.
