As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Nambour – Doolan Street, you'll lead your own room and guide a team of passionate educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
Working alongside our Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader, you'll play a key role in mentoring educators, supporting children's development, and continuously improving educational practice.
In this role, you'll:
Warm and welcoming 75-place centre located in a quiet residential neighbourhood
Caring for children from 6 weeks to school age
Play-based curriculum inspired by the Early Years Learning Framework
Individual learning experiences tailored to children's interests, strengths, and developmental needs
Large outdoor environments featuring sandpits, vegetable gardens, bike tracks and open-ended nature play
Conveniently located near the local hospital, schools and shopping precincts
Supportive and collaborative team culture focused on quality outcomes for children and families
