Job summary

Goodstart Nirimba is hiring an Educator to join a warm, child-centred team delivering high-quality learning experiences. You’ll work with Senior Educators and an Educational Leader to support growth, wellbeing and development, creating safe, engaging spaces for every child.

You’ll contribute to a reflective practice culture and build strong partnerships with families while upholding the Early Years Learning Framework and NQS standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of engaging, high-quality learning programs.
• Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader.
• Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels valued.
