Goodstart Caloundra is seeking a Senior Educator to lead a room, mentor Educators, and deliver exceptional learning experiences that support children’s growth, development, and wellbeing. You’ll work with the Centre Leadership Team to guide best practice and create nurturing environments where every child feels safe and inspired to learn.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.

About the role

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Caloundra, you'll take ownership of your room and lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences that support children's growth, development, and wellbeing.

Working closely with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader, you'll help guide best practice, mentor educators, and create environments where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead and support a team of Educators
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Foster safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments

What you’ll bring

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
• Passion for mentoring educators and delivering high-quality outcomes for children
