Goodstart Proserpine is seeking a Senior Educator - Educational Leader to take charge of your own room and lead a team of Educators in delivering high-quality, play-based learning.

You'll work with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform and continually improve teaching practices while prioritising safety and inclusivity for every child.

This role offers above-award pay, career growth and a supportive culture within a community-focused Early Learning Centre.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training.

• Take charge of your own room and lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality programs.
• Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe and inform teaching practices.
