Job summary

Goodstart Capalaba is seeking a Senior Educator - Educational Leader with a Diploma in Early Childhood to lead a room and guide a team of Educators in delivering high-quality educational programs. You will work with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices while ensuring safety and inclusivity for all children.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own room and manage a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
• Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and improve teaching practices.
• Uphold safety and inclusivity, tailoring learning experiences to the needs of every child.

Education

Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
