Job summary

Goodstart Proserpine is seeking a Senior Educator - Educational Leader to take charge of a room and lead a team of Educators delivering high-quality educational programs. You will work with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continually improve teaching practices, with a strong emphasis on safety and inclusivity.

You will receive pay at least 5% above award, 50% discount on childcare fees, and several benefits supporting your growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko).
