Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Nambour – Doolan Street, QLD is seeking a dedicated Educator to join our team. This part-time role (35 hours per week) offers meaningful daily impact, above-award pay, and a supportive environment where you can grow your career.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of engaging, high-quality learning programs.
• Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader.
• Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels valued.
