Goodstart Mackay – Bridge Rd is recruiting a Senior Educator to lead a room and guide a team of Educators in delivering exceptional early learning programs.

You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform and continuously improve teaching practices, ensuring safety and inclusivity for every child.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check

Responsibilities

• You will lead your own room and a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
• Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform and improve teaching practices.
