Goodstart Marrickville is hiring a Senior Educator to lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality early childhood programs. You will manage your room, collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe and improve teaching practices.

You will prioritise safety and inclusivity for every child, while supporting ongoing professional development and growth for staff within a supportive culture.

Formación

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform

Responsabilidades

• Observe, inform and continually improve teaching practices

Pay: $41.74 to $45.50 Plus Super
