Goodstart Early Learning in Nowra seeks a Diploma Educator to join our long-standing team and work across rooms with Senior Educators to craft engaging learning programs for children.

You will uphold safety and inclusivity, ensuring every child thrives. This permanent full-time role offers Monday–Friday, 38 hours per week, and a pay rate of $39.91 per hour plus Super.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ACECQA approved equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards mandatory.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality learning programs across rooms.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to raise learning standards.
• Ensure child safety, inclusivity, and wellbeing in all activities.
• Support center goals and contribute to a positive team culture.

About Goodstart South Nowra

• Rare opportunity to join a long-standing team as Diploma Educator – working across all rooms in the centre.
• Work with a knowledgeable and supportive Centre Director
• Working Monday – Friday 38 Hours p/week. Rotating roster between 6am-6:30pm
