Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in St Leonards, NSW, is looking for an Educational Leader to partner with Educators, refining educational programs and applying the Early Years Learning Framework across the centre.

You will work with the centre leadership to drive excellence in practice, ensuring high-quality outcomes for children and families in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Educators to observe, review and enhance educational programs.
• Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Lead transformative changes with the centre leadership team to champion educational excellence.

Employment Type: Permanent – Full Time of 38 hours a week - 5 days a week

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Goodstart St Leonards – Christie Street 66-place centre and is Rated as Meeting National Quality Standards.
