Job summary

Goodstart Kelso - Gilmour Street in Kelso (Bathurst, NSW) is hiring a Full Time Educator to support learning programs and child safety. You’ll work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to deliver high-quality, inclusive learning experiences, ensuring each child’s development is nurtured and protected.

You’ll be part of a team focused on safety, inclusivity, and ongoing growth, with benefits including above-award pay and parental leave support.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood is required (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko platform).

Responsibilities

• As a Goodstart Educator, contribute to designing and delivering high-quality learning programs for children.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to ensure safe, inclusive, and engaging learning experiences.

Location: Kelso - within Bathurst - NSW

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time - 5 days a week - 38 hours

Pay: $36.65 to $ 37.81 per hour plus Super
