Job summary

Goodstart Marrickville is seeking a Senior Educator to lead a room of Educators and deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to observe and enhance teaching practices while ensuring safety and inclusive learning for all children.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko).

Responsibilities

• Lead your own room and supervise a team of Educators.
• Collaborate with Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to improve teaching practices.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity in all learning experiences.
• Deliver educational programs aligned with EYLF.
