Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning Wentworthville is seeking an Educational Leader to collaborate with Educators, observe and refine educational programs, and strengthen child development outcomes within the Early Years Learning Framework.

You'll lead with the centre leadership team, drive improvements in practice, and champion high-quality early childhood education. The role offers a permanent, full-time arrangement and a supportive, inclusive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NSW Working with Children Check

Responsibilities

• Observe, review and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
• Deepen the team's understanding of child development and EYLF content, guiding application of the framework.
• Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice within the centre leadership team.
