Job summary

Goodstart Leeton is seeking a Senior Educator to lead a classroom and mentor fellow Educators in delivering engaging early years programs. You will partner with centre leaders to observe and refine teaching practices, ensuring safety and inclusivity for all children.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check is required.
• Certificate of Completion for the Child Safety Foundation Training (National and Advanced) completed via Geccko.

Responsibilities

• Lead own room and manage a team of Educators to deliver educational programs.
• Collaborate with Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe and improve teaching practices.
• Prioritise safety and inclusivity to tailor learning experiences for all children.

Education

Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Current NSW Working with Children Check

Certificate of Completion for Child Safety Foundation Training (National and Advanced)

Pay: Up to $45.50 per hour

You’ll Need

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
• Certificate of Completion for the Child Safety Foundation Training (National and Advanced), completed via Geccko platform
