Job summary

Goodstart Glebe in Sydney is seeking a Senior Educator to lead a room and drive high-quality educational programs for children in their crucial developmental years. You will work with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices, while ensuring safety, inclusivity and strong partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) required.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Current NSW Working with Children Check is mandatory.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via Geccko platform.

Pay: $41.74 to $45.50ph Plus Super

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Glebe, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
