Job summary

Goodstart Rutherford is seeking an enthusiastic Educator to join our team in Maitland. You will work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for children, focusing on safety, inclusivity, and developmental growth.

As a valued member of Goodstart Rutherford, you will help deliver high-quality education in a 75-place centre, following the EYLF and NQS.

Qualifications

• Diploma Certificate in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) is required.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Current NSW Working with Children Check is required.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (via Geccko platform) is required.

Responsibilities

• Craft and enhance learning programs for children.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity in learning experiences.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to deliver quality education.
