Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning Tweed Heads is hiring an Educator to support learning and development for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. You will work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to deliver engaging, play-based programs that prioritise safety, inclusivity, and positive relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via Geccko.

Responsibilities

• Craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for children.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to support development.
• Prioritise safety and inclusivity in all learning experiences.

Goodstart Early Learning Tweed Heads is an innovative, inclusive centre providing quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Conveniently located close to the M1 and local schools, the fully air-conditioned centre features five purpose-designed rooms and engaging learning environments where children are encouraged to explore, create and discover.

Our team is passionate about building strong relationships with children, families and the wider community. Educators are supported by Early Childhood Teachers, a Child and Family Practitioner, Speech Therapist and Occupational Therapist, creating a collaborative environment focused on achieving the best outcomes for every child.

You’ll need:
