Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning Kangaroo Flat in Bendigo, Victoria is seeking an Educator to support high‑quality learning experiences for children. You’ll work with Senior Educators and an Educational Leader to plan and deliver engaging programs that nurture safety, inclusion and curiosity across the learning day.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood, have strong knowledge of EYLF/NQS, and hold a Victorian Working with Children Check.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current Victoria Working with Children Check
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform

Responsibilities

• As an Educator, craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for children
• Work with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to support safety and inclusivity
• Contribute to planning, observation and reflective practice to improve learner outcomes

You’ll need:

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
