Job summary

Rebel is seeking a Senior Manager eCommerce Trade to shape our online trading strategy and lead a talented team responsible for performance across revenue, conversion and customer experience. You will drive profitable online growth and influence the digital roadmap with senior stakeholders.

You will own delivery of trading strategies, partner with analytics to optimise site performance, and build a high-performing team focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading eCommerce trading within a retail or consumer business.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of digital trading, website optimisation and online operations.
• Track record of delivering growth across sales, conversion, margin and customer engagement.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Commercial acumen, analytical thinking and confidence influencing senior stakeholders.
• Passion for creating better customer experiences through data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead rebel's digital trading performance across revenue, conversion, margin, average order value, customer experience and long-term customer value.
• Develop and execute trading strategies that optimise onsite performance and deliver profitable online growth.
• Identify and prioritise high-value opportunities across pricing, promotions, content, search, availability and fulfilment.
• Influence the digital roadmap, ensuring investment is focused on initiatives that deliver commercial and customer outcomes.
• Drive continuous optimisation through analytics, experimentation, customer insights and performance data.
• Lead the adoption of new digital capabilities including platform enhancements, customer data initiatives and trading tools.
• Build, coach and inspire a high-performing team while creating a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
