Job summary

Rebel Sport is seeking a Senior Manager eCommerce Trade to shape online trading strategy, lead a talented team and influence how millions shop with rebel. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of commercial performance, customer experience and digital capability.

You will own digital trading performance, develop trading strategies for profitable online growth, and lead cross-functional delivery across pricing, promotions, content, search, availability and fulfilment.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading eCommerce trading within a retail or consumer business.
Strong hands-on knowledge of digital trading, website optimization and online operations.
Track record of delivering growth across sales, conversion, margin and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Own and lead rebel's digital trading performance across revenue, conversion, margin, AOV, customer experience and long-term customer value.
Develop and execute trading strategies that optimise onsite performance and deliver profitable online growth.
Identify and prioritise high-value opportunities across pricing, promotions, content, search, availability and fulfilment.
Influence the digital roadmap, ensuring investment is focused on initiatives that deliver commercial and customer outcomes.
Drive continuous optimisation through analytics, experimentation, customer insights and performance data.
Lead the adoption of new digital capabilities including platform enhancements, customer data initiatives and trading tools.
Build, coach and inspire a high-performing team while creating a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
