• Own and lead rebel's digital trading performance across revenue, conversion, margin, average order value, customer experience and long-term customer value.
• Develop and execute trading strategies that optimise onsite performance and deliver profitable online growth.
• Identify and prioritise high-value opportunities across pricing, promotions, content, search, availability and fulfilment.
• Influence the digital roadmap, ensuring investment is focused on initiatives that deliver commercial and customer outcomes.
• Drive continuous optimisation through analytics, experimentation, customer insights and performance data.
• Lead the adoption of new digital capabilities including platform enhancements, customer data initiatives and trading tools.
• Build, coach and inspire a high-performing team while creating a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.

The opportunity

This isn't a traditional eCommerce role. As Senior Manager eCommerce Trade, you'll sit at the intersection of commercial performance, customer experience and digital capability.
