You will own day-to-day trading, promotions, onsite merchandising and optimisation while partnering closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Planning and Technology teams to deliver commercial success.

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce, online trading or digital retail.
• Proven track record delivering online sales growth.
• Experience managing promotions and trading calendars.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders across a business.
• Knowledge of digital analytics, conversion optimisation and online merchandising.
• Experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms, ideally SAP Commerce Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own daily, weekly and monthly online trading performance.
• Develop and execute the online trade plan across promotions, campaigns and key retail events.
• Drive sales, conversion, traffic, average order value and profitability outcomes.
• Lead onsite merchandising across category, product and campaign experiences.
• Optimise site search, product discovery and the customer journey.
• Manage promotional execution, testing, reporting and post-campaign analysis.
• Partner with Technology on platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop the eCommerce team.
