Multicultural Consulting Services Pty is seeking an experienced document-control lead for an Albion-based infrastructure delivery team. You will maintain registers, manage design and as-built records, and ensure submissions meet client and quality requirements.

You will coordinate reviews, control versions and archives across partner organisations, and train project users in document-control systems, including InEight TeamBinder.

Qualifications

• Relevant business-administration or related qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated document-control experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong records-management and document-system experience, including InEight TeamBinder.
• Understanding of project processes, assurance requirements and effective document-control practices.

Responsabilités

• Maintain controlled registers, databases, correspondence and document workflows.
• Coordinate preparation, review, approval and distribution of design, as-built and project records.
• Check submissions against client and quality requirements.
• Manage versions, transmittals, confidentiality, storage and archiving across partner organisations.
• Train and coach project users in document-control systems and processes.
