Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services (MCS) is seeking a skilled document-control professional for an Albion-based infrastructure delivery team. You will manage registers, databases and workflows, coordinating design and as-built documentation while ensuring submissions meet client and quality requirements.

You will oversee versioning, transmittals, storage and archiving across partner organisations, and train project users in document-control systems and processes to boost efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated document-control experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Relevant business-administration or related qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Strong records-management and document-system experience, including InEight TeamBinder.
• Understanding of project processes, assurance requirements and effective document-control practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain controlled registers, databases, correspondence and document workflows.
• Coordinate preparation, review, approval and distribution of design, as-built and project records.
• Check submissions against client and quality requirements.
• Manage versions, transmittals, confidentiality, storage and archiving across partner organisations.
• Train and coach project users in document-control systems and processes.
