Sedgman, a key subsidiary of CIMIC Group, is hiring a Senior Document Controller in Brisbane. You will support engineering and project delivery teams by managing documentation, controlling revisions and overseeing transmittals across multiple projects.

You will help with the transition to InEight, advise stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining compliance and accuracy of project information. Hybrid work arrangements apply.

Competenze

• 7+ years of Document Control experience in project-based environments.
• Strong understanding of document control principles, workflows and revision control.
• Experience using InEight, ideally in a client-side or governing-side environment.
• A proactive, collaborative and team-oriented approach.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level document control support across multiple engineering and project delivery teams.
• Manage document workflows, revision control, transmittals and document registers.
• Support the ongoing transition to InEight and provide guidance to project stakeholders and team members.
• Help develop and document supporting processes, procedures and work instructions to ensure consistent and effective use of InEight.
• Ensure project documentation is reviewed, controlled and distributed in accordance with project requirements.
• Build relationships with engineers, project teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain document quality, accuracy and compliance across all assigned projects.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within document control processes and systems.
