Sedgman, a CIMIC Group subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Document Controller to join our Brisbane team. You will support engineering and project delivery by managing, controlling and distributing project documentation across a diverse portfolio.

The role focuses on ensuring accuracy, compliance and integrity of information during the transition to InEight, working with engineers and stakeholders in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years of document control experience in project-based environments.
• Strong understanding of document control principles, workflows and revision control.
• Experience using InEight, ideally in a client-side or governing-side environment.
• Aconex experience will be highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level document control across multiple engineering and project delivery teams.
• Manage document workflows, revision control, transmittals and document registers.
• Support the ongoing transition to InEight and provide guidance to project stakeholders and team members.
• Help develop and document supporting processes, procedures and work instructions to ensure consistent and effective use of InEight.
• Ensure project documentation is reviewed, controlled and distributed in accordance with project requirements.
• Build strong relationships with engineers, project teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain document quality, accuracy and compliance across all assigned projects.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within document control processes and systems.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment through knowledge sharing and cross-team support.
