Job summary

SP Data Centres is seeking an experienced Senior Document Controller to lead the project's document control activities on a major data centre construction in Sydney. You will ensure accurate, compliant documentation and efficient distribution across the project team.

In this fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate with engineering, construction and project management teams to maintain document integrity throughout the lifecycle. Hybrid working arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Document Controller on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience on data centre, mission-critical, or large-scale building projects desired.
• Strong knowledge of document management systems like Aconex, Procore, Asite.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project documentation, drawings, correspondence and records.
• Maintain document control systems and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate document reviews, approvals, revisions, and transmittals.
• Support teams with document management best practices.
• Report and track documents across stakeholders.
• Drive improvements to document control processes.
