Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking an experienced Documentation Manager in North Sydney, NSW. The role focuses on controlling project, design and construction documentation across multiple sites, ensuring accurate, accessible records throughout the lifecycle.

You will work with Project Directors, managers, consultants, contractors and clients to establish best-practice document control processes and maintain current information across platforms such as Aconex and Procore. Hybrid work arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Document Controller, Documentation Manager, Project Coordinator or similar in construction, engineering, property or PM.
• Experience with Aconex, Procore or similar document management platforms.
• Knowledge of drawings, RFIs, transmittals, registers and revision control.
• Excellent organisational, time management and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control design, project and construction documentation across multiple projects.
• Administer document control platforms (Aconex, Procore or similar).
• Ensure documentation is uploaded, filed, distributed and maintained per protocols.
• Maintain accuracy of document registers (drawings, RFIs, changes, transmittals).
• Monitor documentation flow and distribute to stakeholders; track RFIs and workflows.
• Ensure latest revisions are available to the project team; manage numbering and filing conventions.
• Coordinate documentation transmittals and distribution among consultants, contractors and teams.
• Assist PMs with project reporting, meeting packs and admin; improve protocols across projects.
