Job summary

Lovisa seeks an experienced Senior Digital Manager to lead eCommerce platforms and digital delivery. You will guide the roadmap at the intersection of digital, technology and business outcomes, reporting to CIO/CDO, and mentoring a high-performing team.

You will own backlog prioritisation, platform integrations (Klaviyo, Lexer, Shippit) and ensure seamless ERP/warehouse connections, with scope for global growth and customer-focused innovation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical platform roles with 5+ years using Shopify Plus or similar.
• Strong eCommerce delivery experience across platforms and integrations.
• Frontend skills in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React and SQL.
• Experience with APIs, third-party integrations and cloud tech.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI, compliance and software development.

Responsibilities

• Shape and own the digital platform roadmap and backlog.
• Translate business needs into scalable tech solutions and architecture input.
• Lead platform management, QA, testing and upgrades.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with stakeholders and partners.
• Mentor a high-performing digital delivery team and manage risk.
