Job summary

Lovisa is seeking an eCommerce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between ecommerce, UX/UI and development. You will translate business needs into actionable tasks, collaborate across teams to deliver projects, and support agile delivery and testing to improve online experiences on Shopify and apps.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, independent work across global teams, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a fast-paced fashion ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst within an IT or digital environment.
• Strong UAT and testing experience with attention to detail.
• Understanding of Agile delivery and SDLC.
• Experience extracting requirements and turning them into actionable tasks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, UX/UI and Development teams to deliver projects and enhancements.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming and Agile delivery processes.
• Manage and maintain Jira tickets and Confluence documentation.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Act as the first point of contact for ecommerce BAU issues and platform improvements.
• Help deliver enhancements across our Shopify websites and mobile applications.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders across global ecommerce initiatives.
