Job summary

Perfectly Placed Recruitment in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Digital Manager to lead the technology delivery, performance and evolution of eCommerce and digital platforms for a rapidly expanding global retail business.

Reporting to the CIO, you will lead a team of 12, own the technology roadmap, drive platform performance and ensure scalable, high-performing systems to support international growth. This is a full-time, on-site Melbourne role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical experience including enterprise eCommerce platforms.
• Proven experience leading digital technology teams and complex delivery.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, frontend development and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Agile methodologies in enterprise retail systems.
• Commercially minded, decisive and able to operate at strategic and hands-on levels.

• Commercially minded, decisive and comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on technical levels.
