Job summary

Lovisa is seeking an eCommerce Business Analyst to help deliver exceptional online shopping experiences across our Shopify websites and mobile apps. You’ll bridge eCommerce, UX/UI and Development, translating business needs into actionable development tasks and supporting Agile delivery across global initiatives.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead UAT activities, and maintain Jira/Confluence documentation, while identifying opportunities to optimize the customer journey and

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Business Analyst within an IT or digital environment.
• Strong UAT and testing experience with excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable development tasks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, UX/UI and Development teams to deliver projects and enhancements.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming and Agile delivery processes.
• Manage and maintain Jira tickets and Confluence documentation.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Act as the first point of contact for ecommerce BAU issues and platform improvements.
• Help deliver enhancements across our Shopify websites and mobile applications.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders across global ecommerce initiatives.
