Aurecon is seeking an experienced Website Lead to optimise our enterprise site and digital channels from Melbourne. You will drive user experience, content quality, and governance across teams to deliver measurable improvements.
You will apply analytics, SEO and HTML/CSS basics to turn insights into practical enhancements and collaborate with IT and external partners to boost functionality and engagement.
Competenze
- At least five to seven years of experience managing and optimising enterprise websites and digital channels.
- Experience using enterprise content management systems with Sitecore experience preferred.
- Strong analytics capability to turn performance insights into practical improvements.

- Optimise the website to improve user experience, discoverability and engagement
- Use website analytics and market insights to drive continuous improvement and inform digital decisions
- Collaborate with content owners to optimise website content for quality and impact
- Maintain website governance and champion best practice across accessibility, brand, compliance and cybersecurity
- Manage the ongoing evolution of the website, working with IT and external partners to improve functionality and business outcomes
