Qualifications

• At least five to seven years’ experience managing and optimising enterprise websites and digital channels.
• Excellent marketing and communications skills, including strong editorial judgement and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience using enterprise content management systems, with Sitecore experience preferred.
• Strong digital analytics capability, with the ability to turn performance insights into practical improvements.
• Must have intermediate HTML and CSS knowledge, with knowledge of SEO and AIO best practice.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, digital marketing, public relations, journalism, business, strategy or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Optimise the website to improve user experience, discoverability and engagement
• Use website analytics and market insights to drive continuous improvement and inform digital decisions
• Collaborate with content owners to optimise website content for quality, discoverability and impact
• Maintain website governance and champion best practice across accessibility, brand, compliance and cybersecurity
• Manage the ongoing evolution of the website, working with IT and external partners to improve functionality and business outcomes
